Stanley Consultants is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as theArchitecture Studio Leader to work in one of the following locations:Minneapolis MN, Muscatine IA, Phoenix AZ, Austin TX, or Denver CO.This leader will be a respected individual in the industry that will be ableto grow our architectural sector presence and operations at a national levelthrough innovative means, including developing clients and deliveringsuccessful projects across diverse sectors including Federal, Education,Healthcare, Industrial, Transportation, and Water. Our Architecture teamplays an important role in our mission and under the leadership of theArchitectural Studio Leader, their growth will continue to grow across themulti-disciplined sectors we serve.The Architecture Studio Leader's main responsibilities will include:Work with Market Leaders, Business Development, and Marketing to createmarketing strategies for architectural opportunities and be a catalyst forarchitectural growth and innovation.Build strong relationships and interactions with current and potentialclients, teaming partners, and stakeholdersCapitalize the talent and abilities of our multi-disciplined environment tofind strategic advantages and leverage for growth the architectural presenceResponsible for the operations and production of product, including staffdevelopment, marketing, profitability and quality control.Able to serve as a Project Manager on select high profile projects, withresponsibility for successful management of project work across the teamFoster a design culture in the studio, including establishing andencouraging a collaborative environment for all project teams and mentoringstaff across the multi-disciplines of the company.Capable of resourcing staff and meeting business development and financialmetrics for the Architectural Studio.Adheres to company standards for quality assurance and quality control asdefined in the quality manual.Minimum Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited collegeor university. Master's degree in Architecture is preferred.Must possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5years in a leadership role.Must be a U.S. Registered Architect.Project experience and client relationships in multiple states andjurisdictions.Experience with US military building codes and standards (UFC) and masterplanning is preferred.Demonstrated capabilities and success in delivering medium to large projects.Self-motivated with proven Client Development capabilities, leadershipskills, and experience managing large teams.Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy, with awillingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety ofinitiatives.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Knowledge of construction techniques and an ability to read plans andspecications.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel within the continental United States and Internationallyupon occasion.Possess a valid U.S. Driver's LicenseSalary Range: Base Compensation: $122,200-$165,400
