　　This position works under close supervision of a PA/PM while encountering the following day to day activities:

　　Develops conceptual, preliminary and detailed design alongside a cross discipline team encountering projects of increasing difficultyEncounters content of designs and understands the context in which they were created.Receives specific and detailed instructions regarding tasks.Performs work efforts in a timely and complete manner.Takes the initiative to either work out or research a work effort.Understands his/her capabilities and when to seek help from mentors.Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn with an outstanding work ethic.Communicates effectively with design team, asking questions when neededUses computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) technology to create plans as part of integrated building information modeling (BIM).

　　Candidate Specification :

　　We welcome applicants that currently possess a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree with 5-10 yearsof experience in an architectural design field.
