Description:

　　10-20 years of professional architecture experience Residential, single family custom homes

　　Degree in Architecture, or similar

　　Ability to draft details of single family housing , work with clients and provide guidance with custom homes

　　Construction administration experience

　　Knowledge of specifications writing

　　Hybrid work environment and purchasing Revit license for running the architectural department of the company
