　　Job Details:

　　Will work directly with Principal on a new construction townhouse in the Upper East Side.

　　This is a complex, new construction project because they are tearing down the current townhouse and building a new one (in between buildings).

　　Will be responsible for managing the project, coordinating with consultants, and leading CA phase

　　Will oversee junior architects & supporting them on drawings.

　　Candidate must have experience working on high end ground up townhouse projects.

　　This is a leadership role. Candidate must be self-sufficient.

　　Design will be 6 - 8 months, they will be in construction within 1 year, and CA will last 18-20 months.

　　8+ years of experience
