Description

　　Amazon’s Finance Operations department is seeking an AR analyst to handle cash operation tasks to support Japan AR business.

　　Main Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable

　　Subject Matter Expert in the domain that he/she supports

　　Implementing cash applications with related tools, leading process improvement and system automation projects

　　Using data analyses and statistical techniques to solve problems at their roots

　　Collaborating with multiple teams to drive solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity

　　Performing other projects and duties assigned by manager

　　We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

　　Manila, PHL

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Job Requirement:

　　Preferably B.S. or B.A. in Finance/Accounting or related field

　　Prior experience of 1-2 years in Finance Operations or Accounting role

　　Must be fluent in Japanese

　　Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Preferably with Finance Operations or Accounting working experience with Japan business

　　Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools

　　Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word or similar desktop applications

　　Exemplifies traits of being a team player.
