Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assists inthe training, supervision, and coordination of lifeguards with parkmanagement towards ensuring the protection of the lives and safety ofpark guests Responsible for the management of the lifeguards in theirassigned area, enforcing established rules, complying with regulationsand maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor Follow andenforce established park and employee rules, regulations and proceduresPerform supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict,coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performancemanagement Basic Qualifications & Skills Must be 16 years of age orolder Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates LifeguardTraining Successful completion of criminal background check and drugscreen Desired Qualifications & Traits Good oral communication skillsAvailability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekendsand holidays Demonstrated leadership experience with team-orientedapproach. 2+ years of experience in aquatics operation: lifeguarding,lifeguard training, swim instruction, and CPO/AFO Physical RequirementsSwim 50 yards in 4 ft. of water and retrieve a 10 lb brick at bottom ofwater Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability towork in a humid, warm environment and be immersed in water for extendedperiods of time Position sometimes requires the ability to lift, push,and pull at least 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs Ability to climb multipleflights of stairs ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:ipc.us/t/5868E958A6FF4C6F
