　　We are looking for an Apprentice for the Smart Infrastructure BU Grid Software area who will be trained in 2 years as Apprentice Finance Project Controller.

　　Your Challenge

　　As an Apprentice Finance Project Controller some of your main activities will be:

　　Support in Finance Project Controlling activities (Finance Project-oriented activities, PRM, Forecast, RoP, Order Entry/Invoicing, etc);

　　Support in SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Controlling activities;

　　Prepare project costs calculations and documentation;

　　Provide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance measurements through project reporting and analysis as required;

　　Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances;

　　Supervise and work to improve project cash flow;

　　Monitor project account receivables;

　　Prepare detailed monthly project forecasts;

　　Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures;

　　Analyzing the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future.

　　Required entry qualifications:

　　You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

　　You gained a finance internship experience

　　You are fresh graduate in Master’s degree or equivalent experience in economics

　　You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English

　　Aspiration to develop a finance path and grow

　　Genuine interest for digitalization

　　Knowledge of office 365, SAP, Mendix will be a plus

　　Ability to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspective

　　You are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element

　　Openness to a temporary relocation in Italy or abroad
