Your future role.

As Head of the IN SO TA sub-segment, you will be responsible for sales and sales support functions for the global testbed business with a team of 15 employees in 3 teams. This includes the global responsibility for sales activities as well as the definition and implementation of the global sales strategy.

You are responsible for an annual global double-digit million (Euro) order intake

You are responsible for the fulfillment of all relevant global financial key figures of the sub-segment such as order intake, sales, profit and cash.

You will also be responsible for managing the global set-up, particularly in the 4 focus regions.

As head of IN SO TA, you are the driver of the global growth program of Test Applications.

As an expert, you will deal with the complete electrification, automation and digitalization solutions for automotive and industrial test benches, e.g. for testing engines or transmissions of electric cars and trucks or test benches for large wind turbines, pump and compressor test fields.

In addition, you will act as a driver of the global growth program of the test application.

Your profile.

The basis of your success is a university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable.

Building on this, you have already gained many years of professional experience in industrial companies, particularly in technical sales and sales-related job functions, including customer interactions, contract negotiations, management relationships, etc.

You also have convincing experience in the field of test applications business or have comparable expertise.

You can lead a team and have international business experience.

You are used to work in an international project environment with intercultural competence.

The willingness to travel 10-20% of the time worldwide completes your profile.

Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite.
