What will you do?

As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing multiple projects in the Quebec region from 500,000 CAD to the tune of 20 million CAD, focused on the manufacturing of Low Voltage Electrical products within the Siemens Electrical Products business.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage large projects simultaneously.

Prepare reviews and book customer orders / revisions to orders.

Review customer orders and check consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and within Siemens' sales or project management organization.

Maintain constant communication to customers, external contractors or other stakeholders.

Initiate sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements.

Ensure timely shipment / billing of equipment.

Interface with factory and product / marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.

Evaluate and monitors profitability for sales orders in backlog.

What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

7+ years of successful experience working as a project manager.

Expert level Proficiency in French is a must have.

Technical aptitude on electrical distribution.

Proven experience driving large projects.

PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated Business and Project Management acumen.

Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.

Strong skills in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

SAP or similar ERP system experience would be an asset.

10%-20% travel to customer sites with the province.
