FiveStrata (https://fivestrata.com/) is growing its Appointment Center in American Fork, UT.  As an Appointment Setter, you will contact leads via outbound calls and set walk-in appointments for car dealerships. This entry-level position is great for individuals ready to take their first step in sales. Our hours of operation run weekdays and weekends to support a portfolio of relationships with auto dealerships nationwide. Ranging from 6 AM - 9 PM (MST), 7 days/ week. 

　　What you will do:

　　Make and receive calls to set appointments over the phone.

　　Carry out any additional administrative tasks pertaining to appointment setting.

　　In-Office in American Fork, Utah

　　Excellent phone etiquette.

　　Driven to achieve performance targets, results-oriented.

　　Entry-level position-- Previous experience is not required.
