Our client, a real estate development company, is looking for an Executive Assistant/Lease Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience with real estate development, legal and/or lease administration is a plus, but not a must.
As the Executive Assistant and Lease Administrator you will be tasked with administering complex leases and subleases. You will provide direct Executive Assistant support to the VP and General Counsel and will be involved with the negotiations of leases and lease extensions. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and assist with tenant notices, preparing rent increases and work with move-in, move out details for tenants.
Executive Assistant duties include calendar management, expense report reconciliation and project related tasks. This firm is small and mighty and has excellent benefits. You will find a rewarding career with upward mobility at this firm!

Ensuring material is presentation ready
Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations
Screen calls
Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
Arrange reports and financial data
Requirements - Proven ability to use the internet for research
Lease Administration experience
Deep understanding of Lease Agreements
Experience with Estoppel
Real Estate Contracts experience preferred
Commercial real estate experience
Elevated social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
