Job Description

　　The Construction Estimator's role is to forecast the expenses associated with upcoming construction projects. This person will prepare detailed cost estimates and help in determining the feasibility and profitability of potential projects.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field, in commercial construction doing renovations.

　　Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.

　　Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction science, or related field. (OPTIONAL)

　　Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare timeline, material, and labor estimates.

　　Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve issues.

　　Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports. null
