Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is looking for an eager Application Support Engineer to join their team. They work 3 days in the office, 2 days remote hybrid environment.Essential Functions:

　　Application Support Engineer will be installing and maintaining software applications

　　Providing technical support

　　Increasing the efficiency of the application

　　Updating software

　　Performing code analysis

　　Optimizing software application performance

　　As an Application Support Engineer, you will be performing debugging procedures

　　Responding to general inquiries and trouble tickets promptly

　　Investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying potential solutions to a problem

　　Developing and keeping track of issue triage

　　Application support experience

　　Windows and Unix/Linux - Linux command line experience, supporting Windows

　　Software

　　Network

　　Documentation/writing processes

　　Problem resolution - root cause analysis

　　-Go getter- personality, doesn't wait to pick up the phone/figure something out

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
