　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process incoming applications

　　Opening envelopes, calculate payments received, assemble documentation

　　Create batches of applications that meet the Productivity (speed) and Quality (Accuracy) standards

　　Ensure applications have been completed accurately by customers

　　Scan each application through a scanner and then complete image reviews

　　Expectations:

　　You may be batching (opening applications and basic data entry), scanning documents into a scanner, or working in the mailroom where applications are received. You must be flexible and able to perform any of these duties however, the majority of employees are batching on most days.

　　This means you must be able to sometimes sit or stand for long periods of time / duration of a shift.

　　Attention to detail is very important for this position. The speed in which you perform your tasks and the overall quality of the work you perform is also tracked and reported back to you.

　　Our team will meet with you monthly to review your Productivity and Quality scores, so that we can help guide you to success. You must be able to take feedback and it back to your work.

　　You must be comfortable using a computer and a basic digital tracking systems.

　　You must be able to read and write in English at a proficient rate so that you can be set up for success in the role.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
