　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Application Engineers are the primary technical resource for the sales field and are responsible for assisting in driving new sales opportunities. Working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate, the Application Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Application Engineer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Application Engineer works with the Design Team, product suppliers, and technical services to put together designs complete with scopes of work that meet customer requirements.

　　Additional responsibilities will include:

　　Assist with functional, technical, labor, and pricing elements of RFIs/RFPs as requested.

　　Serve as a point of contact for special products and sales application knowledge for designated sales representatives and customers with unique requirements. While articulating technology and product solutions t

　　Provide design and specification development support to eligible sales representatives for targeted customers on agreement preparation o fit the specific need being addressed

　　Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company-approved databases for eligible sales representatives and targeted accounts.

　　P&L experience in costing and effectively managing margins

　　Perform/product training for eligible sales representatives, National Account support, and branch personnel on targeted accounts, and engineers at targeted accounts.

　　Maintain professional business relationships with Sales Teams, Operations, and targeted Customers.

　　Provide ongoing support of projects working with field delivery.

　　Identify process from integration to completion in order alleviate margin erosion

　　Supervise and manage other targeted customers within the Application Engineer team template

　　Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

　　The salary range for this role is $52,921 – $105,842 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
