Job Summary

As an application expert, your mission is to receive and analyze customers'needs so that you can advise them and recommend the most appropriate technical solutions and provide them a complete technical and commercial proposal.

Responsibilities

Receipt and processing of quotation requests and calls for tenders

Analyze tender documents

Identify requests that do not fall within our area of competence, indicate this to the quote manager and the sales representative concerned

Draw up deviation lists in accordance with the specifications

Establish the technical solution best suited to the customers needs

Make the necessary consultations externally (suppliers, sister companies etc.) and internally (Design Office, RD, Purchasing, Planning etc.)

Clarify requests and possibly revise offer

Technical support

Technical support for all departments

Validate the technical and commercial feasibility of internal group and distribution network requests

Attend and participate in customer negotiation meetings and technical clarifications with sales representatives as required

Basic Qualifications and key competencies

Graduate in mechanics/ hydraulics, you have knowledge in fluid mechanics, mechanics of the solid...

You have already worked in a context of sizing technical offers for customers in an international environment.

English read, written, spoken required.
