Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Application Development Project Manager/Lead based in Hollywood, California. In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers, work closely with the Flutter team, and play a crucial role in the development of our projects. This role is within the tech industry and will be based on-site three days per week with no exceptions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of five engineers, ensuring their productivity and effectiveness

• Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of applications

• Utilize knowledge of Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database for efficient project management

• Apply your skills in JavaScript, Hydrogen, Shopify, and AB Testing in the development process

• Engage in hands-on tasks, contributing to 70% of the project execution

• Handle 30% management duties, including coordination and supervision

• Collaborate with the Flutter team to achieve project goals

• Use your expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and EO/IR systems to enhance project outcomes

• Ensure the applications developed align with the company's objectives and standards. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead.

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems is required.

• Strong knowledge of Database structures and management.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a must.

• A proven track record in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is needed.

• Prior experience with AB Testing is a prerequisite.

• Extensive understanding of Application Development processes.

• Experience in Deployments is necessary.

• Design skills, particularly in relation to application development.

• Engineering background is highly desirable.

• Experience with Shopify platform is considered a plus.

• Knowledge of Hydrogen is advantageous.
