  Job Overview:

  The Engineering Product Test Engineer with 1-3 years of experience is responsible for coordinating and conducting product testing activities for the engineering team

  Key Responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for assigned projects• Coordinate and schedule product testing activities with internal and external stakeholders• Analyze test results and report findings to the engineering team and relevant departments• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of testing equipment• Provide training and guidance to junior test Engineers and technicians• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to product testing• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and procedures• Provide technical support to the engineering team and other departments as neededQualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field• 1-3 years of experience in product testing coordination• Strong organizational and communication skills• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and testing processes• Ability to work well in a team environment• Strong analytical and technical skills• Excellent problem-solving skills• Experience with industry standards and regulations related to product testing.Quest Global is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
