　　If you bring this to the table:

　　Substantial knowledge and experience with the installation of, and repairs to, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, and electrical systems.

　　Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships

　　Thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks

　　High school or equivalent

　　Three years of related residential renovation, rehab, or maintenance experience

　　Here’s what you’ll do:

　　Perform renovations in apartment homes including kitchen and bathroom remodeling; installation of flooring, counters, cabinets, appliances, etc.; and painting

　　Work closely with the Property Manager on preventative maintenance and other special projects

　　Install, repair, and trouble-shoot plumbing in kitchens and bathrooms

　　Schedule:

　　Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm; on call rotation and snow removal help
