Contract: 6 months to permanent hire (long term)
Pay:
Entry-level: $27/hour, plus 184/day per diem (50/hr equivalent)
Experienced on 777/747: $37/hour, plus $184/day per diem ($60/hr equivalent)

Job Description
A&P
Mechanic will perform line maintenance on Boeing 747 and 777 passenger and cargo aircraft, in an outdoor line station environment, responding to customer maintenance calls, repairing and replacing interior parts, fluids, and components as needed, signing off on airworthiness. Teams of 3-4 mechanics per lead.
Routine releases returning aircraft to service, completing all necessary paperwork for company and FAA.
Troubleshooting and repair, consulting maintenance manuals, selecting tools and materials, inspecting and signing off repairs
This is a long-term, full-time position for someone seeking to continue a stable and rewarding
Aircraft Maintenance career in the airline/air cargo industry
Work Environment
Line maintenance environment,
4 X 10 hours shifts
3 shifts: 6am - 4pm, 12pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 7am
Most maintenance takes place in the 12pm - 4pm timeframe, hence the shift overlap New hires usually train on
morning or afternoon shift to get the most maintenance exposure
Line maintenance – mostly outside, occasionally will be at a significant height if
repairing something on the tail
