  Description

  Alaska Northstar Resources (ANR) is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst/SME to join our team in support of a new long-term project. This is a fully remote role, and the duties and responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:

  Manages how hardware and software are designed, deployed, sustained, modified, and constructed.Utilizes techniques and tools to track and manage source code control, hardware baselines, configuration identification, configuration control, CM tools, revision control, object build tracking, and release construction in accordance with CM techniques employed within the customer's policies and strategies.Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.Capable of deriving requirements from disparate stakeholders to include SMEs, Business Owners, Users, and Customers.May be asked to recommend methods to optimize organizational CM processes.Requirements

  Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain common access card (CAC).Candidate must possess an active Certified Scrum Master certification.Candidate must possess 10+ years' experience managing hardware/software, source code, and configuration.Experience in collecting requirements and describing them so development personnel can execute the requirement.Desired Requirements

  Experience working within the Agile SDLC Framework.Experience leading and managing a dispersed, remote team.Experience with US Air Force IT Projects.Bachelor's degree.About Alaska Northstar Resources (ANR)

  The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

  Salary Description$112,000 - $127,000
