  Primary Responsibilities

  In the role of Real Estate Services Agent 2, we'll count on you to:

  Acquire Right of Way for our clients, meet with property owners and negotiate settlements.Coordinate right-of-way issues for clients - generally related to construction projects.Be proficient with federal, state and industry laws and regulations such as FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, FERC and Uniform Relocation Act.Perform activities to support Real Property Projects such as property assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of needed rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination and utility relocation/coordination.Work independently and document and communicate effectively.Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, travel, show ability to handle large volumes of work and coordinate closely with management (since work performance impacts schedule and budget).Perform other duties as needed.*LI-MB1

  Required Qualifications

  Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law, or ability to obtain within 3 months from date of hire.Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management.Ability to work independently, communicate and document effectively, handle large volumes of work, and coordinate closely with management and availability for travel.Ability to understand and work in compliance with the federal, state and industry laws, and FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, NEPA, FERC and Uniform Relocation Act regulations.Ability to work confidently with clients, property owners and occupants.Ability to effectively balance office and field work in a collaborative and deadline-sensitive mannerProficiency with standard technology tools such as Microsoft Office and Project.Position requires strong communication skills, basic understanding of negotiation and presentation skills, and ability to work flexible hours and effectively with people of all types.Communicate effectively and coordinate closely with management.Preferred Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.Strong preference will be given to local candidates.Experience with local agencies preferred.Why HDR
