RESUMEN DEL PUESTO : El anfitrión será el primer contacto con los socios y clientes, un aspecto critico y relevante del puesto. Deberá atender con cortesía y amabilidad a clientes, compañeros de trabajo, socios y visitantes de la Cooperativa. Realizará tareas, tales como: orientaciones, atención y canalización de llamadas telefónicas, recibo, distribución y manejo de documentos, tramite de cartas, certificaciones relacionadas a servicios directo a socios y clientes entre otros servicios.

　　REQUISITOS BASICOS:

　　BACHILLERATO O GRADO ASOCIADO EN ADMINISTRACION DE EMPRESAS O SISTEMAS DE OFICINA

　　PREFERIBLEMENTE UN AÑO O MAS DE EXPERIENCIA EN AREA RELACIONADA

　　REQUIERE FLUIDEZ PARA DIRIGIRSE AL PUBLICO, SER ORGANIZADO Y ALTAMENTE DISCRETO

　　BUEN DOMINIO VERBAL Y ESCRITO DEL IDIOMA ESPAÑOL E INGLES

　　CONOCIMIENTO Y EXPERIENCIA EN EL MANEJO DE COMPUTADORAS, PREFERIBLEMENTE MICROSOFT (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ETC)

　　HABILIDAD PARA TRABAJAR EN EQUIPO

　　HABILIDAD PARA TRABAJAR MULTIPLES TAREAS , ENTIENDASE ATENDER CUADRO TELEFONICO, PERSONAL INTERNO Y VISITANTES

　　Pay Details: $9.50 per hour
