Job Description

　　Support compliance reviewing on Life Science products and biopharmaceutical raw material to identify relevant requirements from regulatory perspective as new product initiative. Determine Customs classification of goods according to products description and technical data. 支持生命科学产品，生物制药原材料的合规性审查，从监管角度确定相关要求，作为新产品计划。根据产品描述和技术资料确定货物的海关分类。

　　Support the process of import regulatory certificate application for imported biological products/chemical reagents/biological pharmaceutical raw materials, including but not limited to High-risk biospecimen(such as human blood) items risk assessment and entry approval, entry approval for animal and plant products, drug import customs clearance form, and drug import permit , Psychotropic import permit, import permit for dual-use items, etc支持进境生物制品/化学试剂/生物制药原辅料进口监管证件的办理流程，包括并不限于高风险特殊物品（如人血样本）风险评估及其进境审批，动植物产品进境审批，药品进口通关单，药品进口准许证，精神药物进口准许证，两用物项进口许可证等；

　　Support customs declaration regulations, customs clearance procedures and customs inspection operations for importing biological products/chemical reagents/biological pharmaceutical raw materials, and coordinate the Joint control between Customs and other Chinese government agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention on the imported biological products/chemical reagents/biological pharmaceutical raw materials and excipients；支持进境生物制品/化学试剂/生物制药原辅料的海关申报法规、通关手续和海关查验操作，并协调海关与其他中国政府机构如药监局，科技部，生态环境部，商务部，疾控中心等关于进境生物制品/化学试剂/生物制药原辅料的联合管制

　　Guide Import/Export operation team for Customs clearance, answer internal/external inquiries about Customs policies, help resolve shipment customs clearance problems., shorten the time for import declaration, coordinate the handling of abnormal customs clearance at ports, accurately identify the risk of customs clearance, and coordinate all resources to resolve the abnormal customs clearance指导进出口业务团队办理通关手续，回答内部/外部关于海关政策的咨询，协助解决货物通关问题，缩短进口报关时间，并协调口岸通关异常处理，准确识别通关风险，协调各方资源解决通关异常。

　　Prepare Customs review for stakeholders with regulatory change, impact analysis and trade metric. Optimize the internal process, support on Customs risk management and mitigation, support on Customs audit and investigation cases and leverage internal efforts to gain best outcome. 为利益相关者准备海关审查，包括法规变更、影响分析和贸易指标。优化内部流程，支持海关风险管理和缓解，支持海关审计和调查案件，并利用内部努力获得合规结果。

　　Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve import and export issues, support on trade compliance risks and management. Follow up and study the latest trade compliance laws and regulations, investigate customer needs, sort out customer cross-border trade processes, propose optimized trade compliance solutions and give guidance and training to the customer与内部和外部利益相关者进行协调以解决进出口问题，支持贸易合规风险和管理，跟踪研究最新贸易合规法律法规，调研客户需求，梳理客户跨境贸易流程，提出优化贸易合规解决方案并为客户提供指导和培训；
