　　Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company while maintaining a positive and professional manner. Main duties include answering phone calls/emails from customers to answer questions. Entering sales orders into our ERP system. Assisting walk in customers. Supporting the Customer Service Manager with other duties that may arise
