It operates in three segments: Electrical, Power, and Industrial Technology.The Analytics Dashboard Developer is responsible for building, support and maintenance of the Enhanced Utility Services analytics platform. This position coordinates with end users to gather requirements and develops advanced reports and dashboards. Work with data engineers to identify data sources and gather appropriate data for reporting. Communication and interpersonal skills are key to success in this highly engaging position.A Day In The LifeCreates and maintains highly visual, user-friendly, and interactive Dashboards, user interfaces and other reports using Tableau or Power BI or other reporting products.Work with users to gather requirements for the reports and develop state of the art reporting to communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.Expertise in Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning, disaster recovery and other Tableau Administration activities - Workbooks Publishing, Server Management and User Management (end to end user management, creating roles and groups, permissions, etc..)Experience in Embedded Analytics or creating custom products using Tableau or Power BI Reports.Responsible for data preparation, data blending, and creation of data models /sets using applications such as Azure data bricks/delta lake, python, SQL Server.Develop Tableau automation using Tableau APIs like JavaScript API, REST API, Hyper API, Metadata API and Document API.Apply best practices in performance tuning and user-centric designDevelop and document standards/best practices for development and administration of the analytics platform.Responsible for the education of users on available reporting platforms.Identify process and technological improvements to help drive overall organizational effectiveness.What will help you thrive in this role?Required:Completed Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Analytics/Statistics/Data Science/Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field4 years of work experience creating Tableau or Power BI or other data
