　　The Job

　　The Access Administration Professional will be responsible for managing user access to our organization's information systems and applications. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the cybersecurity team to ensure that access controls are in place to protect our information assets and comply with regulatory requirements.

　　Access Administration

　　Manage user access to information systems and applications, including user account creation, modification, and deletion.Work closely with other members of the cybersecurity team to develop and implement access control policies and procedures.Work closely with P&C partners to ensure all new hires are onboarded according to policy and job description.Develop and maintain technical documentation related to access administration processes and procedures.

　　Operational Support

　　Action access related problem tickets to resolve user access issues and incidents.Review and analyze access requests and make decisions regarding access based on established policies and procedures.Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure that access is appropriate and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Identify and report on access-related security incidents and violations.

　　The Essentials

　　At least 3 years of experience in access administration, identity management, or a related field.Experience with access control technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM solutions.Experience with Identity governance and automation platforms, such as Saviynt or Sailpoint.Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate access-related security risks.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

　　The Nice to Haves

　　Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security best practices.Strong knowledge of Identity architecture frameworks such as Okta.
