　　Job Responsibilities:

　　To ensure all transactions under own area of responsibility are processed in a timely and accurate basis ;

　　To maintain a clear and systemic record of pending items to ensure that follow up actions are duly taken;

　　To carry out standard checks on all transactions prior to execution to ensure they meet the required standards;

　　To support Team Heads in executing all daily tasks in adherence to Head Office policies, applicable legislation and department procedures, in accordance to set procedures;

　　To support in managing risk profile for the Department; and

　　Adhere to the Company policies and guidelines.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Secondary Education or above;

　　2-3 years of relevant experience is preferable;

　　Sound knowledge of domestic and foreign, inward and outward remittance operations, cable operations, Faster Payment system (FPS);

　　Good knowledge and understanding of AML requirements applicable to remittance operations;

　　Good PC skill (Word, Excel and Power Points); and

　　Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others.

　　Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
