Open/Update/Assign/Resolve incidents in Service Now
Performs proactive and reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems and attempt to eliminate them before they occur Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems Provide advanced on-site/remote IT client support. Responsible for providing Tier 2+ support for software and hardware devices (virtual or physical) related to desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. Provides first level support and troubleshooting for Audio Visual issues
SRT Management
Provide support and isolation details to Senior RCS
Weekly Incident/Request Reports and Analysis
Monitor assigned Incident tickets
EIT Build Project Build Support
Work with Senior RCS and other EIT teams for remote site infrastructure projects, perform physical implementation, and conduct the build-to-run transition to Service Desk and RCS teams
Test, and develop current Workstation images. Test and evaluate applications for workstation distribution.
Vendor Management
Ensure all IT asset for repair and maintenance are properly communicated and RMA process is established.
Audio Visual Expertise
Ensuring that AV hardware and software is prepared to meet the needs of the organization.
Offering plans and advice for live audio and video events, including broadcasts, conferences, and so on. Operating the master controls of AV systems during events. Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving of hardware and software. Storing, transporting, assembling, and disassembling AV equipment. Ensuring the production and updating of AV documentation such as user guides. Cabling and wiring to implement technologies into AV setups. Competence with video conference and Public Address systems Expertise in audio video signal flow with broadcast software. Understanding AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipmentOff-Boarding
Exit Clearance
Ensure to collect all company-issued devices such as phones, laptops, desktops, and other IT asset peripherals
Responsible in assuring that the accountability of the user has been performed on the RCS Clearance Sign-off
IT Asset Management/Retirement/Disposal
Assign/Update asset inventory accurately
Participate in preparations of IT asset disposal/Wiping/DestructionQualifications
