　　The 2nd shift material handler/forklift operator is responsible for safely and accurately moving material within the facility.SAFETY FIRST! Safely retrieve material from inventory racking system and transport to designated areas using forklifts, side loaders, and cranes.Verify location and material by comparing order to inventory tags.Record and report inventory discrepancies.Conduct final inspection to ensure correct material was pulled.Tag and return material drops from processed jobs into appropriate locations.Construct crates, skids, and boxes using powered hand tools and measuring equipment.Prepare orders for shipment using strapping equipment and apply appropriate shipping tags.Stage orders in appropriate shipping and loading zones for delivery.Load orders onto trucks for next day delivery.Unload material from trucks and place into proper inventory locations.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements

　　High school graduate or equivalent strongly preferredWarehouse, material handling, forklift experience strong preferredMust be able to read, understand, and carry out written and verbal instructions in EnglishMust understand fractions and decimalsHigh level of attention to detailProven track record of producing quality work with few to no errorsMust meet physical requirements (e.g. lift 70 pounds and 100% standing and walking)Willingness to work overtime
