Overview

　　The Analyst III role is responsible for providing support in the critical area of Customer card payment analytics for Chick-fil-A's Treasury department. This role will focus on developing robust card payment insights, dashboards and reports for both domestic and international markets. In this role, you will have an opportunity to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within DTT, Financial Services, Marketing and Operations as you take responsibility of this multifaceted work. In addition, you will work with various external parties including payment acquirers, gateways, card networks, issuers, and wallet providers.

　　 Responsibilities

　　Leverage analytical tools to develop and maintain detailed card payment dashboards across multiple data sources Build self-service data tools that enable monitoring card payment acceptance at the restaurant level for domestic and international markets Evaluate payment pricing/billing to optimize and manage overall cost of card payments Manage data integrity efforts, consolidate disparate sources of data, and maintain the source of truth for the Customer Payments team Support ad-hoc modeling, daily reconciliation, and monthly forecasting Forecast and validate monthly budgeting process Conduct day-to-day research of card payment activity Collaborate with internal teams on requirements to develop and scale the card payments program Serve as a subject matter expert in the card payment processing and act as a liaison across stakeholders Provide input into card payment resolutions to solve issues and minimize recurrence Partner across the business (DTT, Restaurant Cash Management, Customer Experience, etc) to research, develop and test new card payment acceptance options Stay aware of the continually evolving trends, industry benchmarks, best practices, and available tools to adopt and optimize card payments

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, MIS or related field 1-3 years data analytics or card payments industry experience Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex details simply
