Analyst 1, Learning and Development – Global Consumer Care (GCC)
This position reports to Manager, Learning & Development (L&D), Global CxO - Consumer Care and is based at Manila.

What You Will Do
Partnering with regional and Global Consumer Care (GCC) Learning & Development (L&D) colleagues and stakeholders, the Analyst I, Learning & Development fosters compliance while supporting efforts to drive training effectiveness and high performance. The Analyst manages and supports definitions for administers user access requests, training assignments, and learning curricula within Kenvue’s Learning Management Systems (LMS). They support the development of learning content and training material creation and play an active role in the identification and activation of continuous improvement initiatives, and in participating as active team members of projects in the L&D environment. As a subject-matter-expert, the Analyst may also participate in audits assessing compliance with regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures associated with training processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide LMS management, administration, and technical support (e.g., user access, leave management, troubleshooting, functionality coaching/training to groups and individuals).
Creation and LMS assignment of Instructor Led Training Courses, Training Assessment Forms, Trainer Qualifications, Quizzes, Training Equivalencies and Historical Completions.
Oversees adherence to procedures by other LMS administration support personnel.
Maintain appropriate tracking of all LMS users, curricula, and qualified trainers to ensure compliance.
At the direction of global and regional L&D stakeholders, maintain training curricula in the LMS. Add and/or remove training assignments in existing curricula. Create new curricula and remove obsolete ones.
Proactively monitor weekly reports and assess need for potential updates to GCC learning curricula.
Recommend and initiate action as appropriate.
Foster compliance within the GCC learning community by monitoring training completion metrics. Provide status reports to Management monthly or as requested.
Support audits as required. On demand, fulfill audit requests such as providing reports on completion metrics reports and evidence of training.
Attend LMS Administrator training sessions and meetings.
Attend project meetings and ad hoc meetings as needed.
Provide proactive suggestions for process improvements as appropriate.
Administer and Manage Annual Training Review for GCC employees.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business (or other bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience)
2-years work experience in system administration and/or learning and development.
Ability to think analytically, troubleshoot, and to develop actionable solutions to business problems.
Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Multi-tasking and the aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
Strong teamworking and relationship building skills.
Ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information, as well as compose written material for business and training purposes in English.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word).
Ability to work during US Eastern Time hours during initial transition period.
Willingness to flex work schedule to accommodate global stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
LMS administration experience in a highly regulated environment (Compliance Wire and Summit preferred).
Experience leading or managing effective training programs.
Experience designing and implementing training programs/procedures.
Experience with eAuthoring tools (e.g., iSpring, Adobe Articulate).
