The opportunity
This position is responsible for supporting Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics (“GC&E”) Monitoring and Risk Assessment Program and will report to the Sr Manager, GC&E Monitoring. This position will play a key role in working with management and key stakeholders across various business functions within the organization to coordinate and test global monitoring, testing, remediation, and reporting activities.
How you’ll spend your day
• Support the Senior Manager, GC&E Monitoring, in the execution of the annual department risk and monitoring planning; this includes but is not limited to global Procure to Pay (P2P) and other compliance monitoring plans
• Participate in developing key work plans for PTP Controls Detection Reporting Program, including but not limited to:
Interfacing with ERP owners across Teva’s global network to source, sanitize, validate, and analyze relevant data sets
Identify and conduct timely analysis and insights to key stakeholders
Recommend remediation and mitigation activities
Continuously recommend process enhancements and improvements
Create reports as requested
Ensure processes and information is complete and accurate and documents and records are archived appropriately
• Support GC&E risk assessment and monitoring program activities at the direction of the Associate Director, GC&E Compliance Monitoring
• Ensure complete and accurate work papers are documented and archived appropriately
• Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Compliance, Accounting, Finance, Audit or Legal
• Experience working with data analytics, major ERP systems i.e., Oracle, SAP, Priority, JDE, Ariba
• Prior monitoring or internal controls experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred
• Intermediate to advanced ability to use SQL, Alteryx and Excel for data creation, review and analysis
• Intermediate to advanced Qlik and BI for data visualization capabilities preferred
• Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and against established deadlines
• Problem solving skills
