Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-line Receptionist to join our client's team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a personal injury law firm's clients and will manage a variety of administrative tasks. The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must speak Spanish and English fluently.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls to appropriate departments

• Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Responding to email correspondence in a timely and professional manner

• Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Organizing and maintaining files for easy retrieval

• Scheduling appointments for clients and team members

• Ensuring the reception area is clean and welcoming to visitors

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and staff

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files in a systematic manner

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
