Seeking SENIOR Air Vehicle Systems Engineer with 5+ years of aircraft systems engineering experience to contribute and lead aircraft design, integrate, build, and test programs.

When you join our dynamic and rapidly-growing organization, you will collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers to rapidly design, integrate, prototype, test and manufacture new systems. We are heavily involved in component level development, leveraging several patents, through testing and production of fully-integrated Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualified Candidates will be able to:
Lead aircraft configuration and integration from concept through detailed design
Lead definition and analysis of vehicle requirements
Lead aircraft conceptual design and sizing for derivative and clean sheet aircraft
Lead configuration and integration of aerodynamic design, preliminary structural design layouts, systems sizing, and systems arrangements in a team environment
Lead aircraft aerodynamics and performance analysis
Establish aircraft geometry
Lead trade studies on systems and components of advanced concepts and aerospace platforms
Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary engineering team
Analyze and present detailed data and design recommendations based on findings and prepare reports, presentations, drawings, and other engineering data

Requirements
Exclusive US citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of STEM related engineering experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of experience OR STEM PhD with 0 years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the system-level design and modeling of advanced air vehicle concepts

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 depending on experience
