We are seeking a strong Engineering Program Manager with a solid track record of leading cross-functional programs with Engineering, QA, Marketing, and PM partners. This role will lead program management of the design and implementation of quality and release practices focused on AIML products.
Key Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project or program management
Excellent project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills, including mentor, team-building, conflict resolution and management
Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence
Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations and communication strategies
Description
This position requires a motivated, quality-savvy Engineering Program Manager to drive multi-faceted, cross-functional initiatives across the AIML organization. As part of the Program Office team, you will help develop processes, tools, and communications as part of the engine that drives development of AIML products, with a particular focus on product quality. You will work across many teams in the group to elevate quality practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
