Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
IT Vendor Management and AI Integration:
Cultivating and orchestrating strategic alliances with cutting-edge IT and AI technology providers, driving our company toward the forefront of innovation
Skillfully assess and implement AI solutions that not only align with but also amplify our operational objectives
Negotiate contracts with a focus on transformative AI tools and services into the heart of our operations.
Process Development, Refinement, and Automation:
Conduct thorough analyses of current processes, identifying opportunities to infuse automation and redefine efficiency.
Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and procedures.
Champion the adoption of AI technologies to automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Systems Management with AI Focus:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of operational systems, with an emphasis on integrating AI functionalities.
Ensure systems are scalable and capable of incorporating the latest AI and automation tools.
Strategic Leadership in AI Adoption:
Lead and inspire teams across all corporate functions to embrace and incorporate AI and automation in operational practices.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a cohesive approach in AI integration.
Performance Monitoring through AI Analytics:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI and automation initiatives for the company.
Utilize AI-powered analytics to extract deep, actionable insights, propelling continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Location:
You will work East Coast business hours remotely.
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with a focus on technology (Master’s degree preferred).
8+ years of demonstrable experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on process automation and AI integration.
Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in a business context.
Proven leadership skills with an ability to spearhead AI-driven operational changes.
Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in AI and data-driven strategies.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts in a business-friendly manner.
