Employees will also assist with our hayproduction. Employees will operate farm equipment to assist withplanting, spraying, and harvesting of crops as well as cutting andbaling of hay. Employees will perform general maintenance and repairs onequipment. Employees will drive semi-trucks to haul crops from fields tostorage. Employees will complete general farm duties, as necessary. Perstate regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirementfor farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required.Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience atemployers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at theend of the contract at the employers discretion.
