　　We are an 11,000-grain farm raising corn and soybeans. We need aseasonal employee who can operate a tractor and combine during planting,spraying, and harvesting seasons. Time in between these seasons will befilled with equipment and farm maintenance and clean up. Job duties willinclude: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such asplows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and handtools, operate tractors, planters, sprayers, operate other farmequipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvestingactivities, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, load and unload crops ormaterials, manually or using conveyors, forklifts, or transfer augers,load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products,using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks,manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms onmachinery, mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions,powders, or seeds into machinery, observe and listen to machineryoperation to detect equipment malfunctions, weigh crop-filledcontainers, and record weights and other identifying information, loadcrops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, recordagricultural data, drive pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, andtools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs onequipment Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevityand/or experience at employers discretion. Employer may provideperformance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employersdiscretion.
