　　Responsibilities:

　　Operate and set up set-up of fixtures, tooling, and operations for Swiss-Screw machines.

　　Set up, troubleshoot, and produce parts on Swiss Screw Machines.

　　Monitor machine operations closely, making necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to specified tolerances.

　　Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts, ensuring they meet required specifications.

　　Identify issues, monitor processes, and troubleshoot concerns to achieve timely resolutions.

　　Read blueprints and work instructions to maintain dimensions, assess workpiece specifications, determine programming and operation sequences.

　　Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances of assemblies.

　　Inspect finished parts, evaluating for smoothness, contour conformity, and potential defects.

　　Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and angles of workpieces or machines.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have 2-5 years of experience with Tsugami Swiss Screw Machines

　　Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.

　　Strong knowledge of parts inspection, GD&T, and precision measurement tools.

　　Ability to set up machines, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot issues independently.

　　Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to compute dimensions and tolerances accurately.
