Duties include driving tractor and pulling tillage tools toprepare the fields for planting. Workers will also drive straight truckswith potatoes from the field to the packinghouse. They will beresponsible for maintaining equipment.

　　Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor.In order to perform this kind of work, the worker must be in possessionof the requisite physical strength, working quickly and skillfully. Theemployer will provide specific instructions in the proper way to performthe job duties. Thereafter, the worker will be expected to perform thetask with diligence as instructed, taking care not to damage machineryor equipment. Workers will be expected to maintain pace and to performthe work in a manner specified by the employer. Workers must also beable to adapt to job changes as season progresses.

　　The employer will provide the tools and equipment necessary to performthe described job duties without charge to the worker. The employer willcharge the workers for reasonable costs related to the worker\'s refusalor negligent failure to return the tools or due to such worker\'swillful damage or destruction of the tools or equipment.

　　Workers with a clean driving record and able to obtain an insurabledriver\'s license may drive company vehicles.
