　　Position: Agricultural Equipment Operator

　　REQUIREMENTS: Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling,sitting and frequent stooping. Require 3 months experience.

　　PREFERRED SKILLS: 3 months of previous experience

　　WAGE: $16.63 per hour

　　BENEFITS: Employer provides transportation to worksite and housing

　　DAYS AND HOURS: Monday - Saturday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm 03/01/2024 - 12/31/2024

　　JOB DUTIES: seasonal employees to assist with our crop production(wheat, corn, millet, sorghum, hay,and millet hay). Employees will need to operate equipment includingtractors, combines, grain carts,silage cutters, feed trucks, loaders, sprayers, semi-trucks,swather, baler, hay raking equipment andother farm equipment. Employees will need to assist with all aspects ofplanting, spraying, raising,harvesting, and hauling of these crops. Employees will need to completeroutine repairs andmaintenance on equipment including oil changes, blowing out filters andradiators, fixing tires,greasing equipment, changing brakes, bearing and blades on the equipmentas directed. Employeeswill operate four and two-wheel drive tractors and implements using guidanceGPS systems includingTrimble and JD Greenstar. Understanding technology is important for thatreason. drive farm semitractor/trailers to haul crops from the fields to storage. Job also include generalfarm duties includingrepair and maintain fences, welding, shovel stuck sprinklers, changesprinkler gear boxes and ujoints.Employees will need to unload grain with grain augers and complete othergeneral farm dutiesas assigned. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDLrequirement for farmtrucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required.JOB SITE: Flagler, CO
