　　POSITION: General Farm Worker, full time temporary 2/1/24-12/1/2024

　　REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of (3) months farm worker experience required. Must be able toobtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire. No minimum educationrequired. Must keep accurate and detailed field and crop records. Must havesome knowledge of computer systems. Wage rate may increase with verifiableexperience. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Employer may rewardexceptional work with monetary or other benefits in additional to those listedhere in his sole discretion.

　　DUTIES:Performs duties like: Drive and operate potato equipment, to plant,cultivate, harvest and store potatoes. Till soil, plant and cultivatewinter potatoes. Pay attention to crop quality and sort as needed. Tow harvestequipment. Assist with packing and bagging potatoes in the packing facility.Make sure packing facility is clean and sanitized. Maintain safe and cleanwork environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat atall times. Comply withprocedures, rules and regulations. Organize warehouse and work area on thefarm.

　　General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair tofarm machinery. Will be responsible for building and yard repair as well asvarious projects as assigned. May need to drive to town for supplies.Crop : Potatoes

　　WAGE: $16.34/hr. Housing provided by employer.

　　DAYS AND HOURS: 48 HRS./Week. Monday thru Saturday, 8 hrs. a day,8:00am-5:00pm
