Description/Job Summary
The incumbent serves as a team member within the Agreements Department.
Responsibilities/Duties
Facilitates correspondence between IUPAT and National Contractors as it relates to new request for signatory, fully-execute agreements, renegotiation notices and termination of agreements.
Maintain Data Base on National Contractors
Assist with Agreements report preparation
Scan and file departmental documents and agreements
On-line Maintenance of data as it relates to contractor's signatory to the National Maintenance Agreement
Assist with "Special Projects" as needed
Route correspondence to our local affiliates regarding Building Trades Agreements
Handle and track assignments for regional vice presidents relative to national agreements
Other duties as assigned

Required Experience
One (1) to three (3) years general office experience
Computer literacy
Preferred Experience
Union experienced preferred.
Required Education
High school education
Details
Use of the computer for approximately 50% of the day. Forty (40) hours will constitute the regular work week. The working hours will be eight (8) with 30 minutes for lunch per day. Optional flex start window from 7:00am - 9:00am. Dress code is business casual.
Lifting of light boxes may be required in the course of organizing and distributing work in the office. Overtime maybe required to meet deadlines.
