　　Agile Product Owner/SME

　　KBR is currently seeking an experienced Senior Management Analyst to serve as a Agile Product Owner in support of the NAVAIR Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE) Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the planning, development, and deployment of ALE IT Portfolio systems. Specifically, we are looking for qualified candidates to support the Maintenance Engineering Ground Station for Aviation (MEGA) team. Qualified candidates must be customer focused and capable of operating within a dynamic environment in support of initiatives.

　　For this position, we are seeking candidates with subject matter expertise in NAVAL Aviation Maintenance Control and Operations to work with the Stakeholders. Specifically, these stakeholders represent USN and USMC H-1 and H-60 aircraft to understand and interpret platform-specific requirements and generate user stories to pass along to the software development team. Candidates should be highly familiar with aircraft maintenance policy and procedures, more from a maintenance diagnostics perspective, than maintenance administration. The Senior Management Analyst will provide direct support and leadership to a development/implementation team responsible for receiving new customer requirements and interfacing with software subject matter experts and logisticians to customize and deploy solutions. The Senior Management Analyst should possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend changes affecting short-term project growth and success, as well as function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

　　Anticipated tasks:

　　• Participate in daily programmatic meetings to discuss status, customer needs and team progress

　　• Provide leadership and direction to a team of software development/implementation professionals to align requirements with work scope and ensure delivery schedules are achieved

　　• Participate in future requirements development

　　• Provide oversight related to software design and testing

　　• Work with teams involving engineering project leads, and other stakeholders to ensure strong communication and overall product team integration

　　• Understand how to analyze software releases to evaluate the impact this can have on product improvement, and value stream mapping workflows

　　• Engage with team members and be familiar with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

　　Requirements:

　　U.S. Citizenship required

　　Active Secret clearance

　　15 years’ experience in USN or USMC aviation maintenance, with 3 years in a Maintenance Control Center.

　　A Bachelor's Degree BS/BA in an IT related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering) is a plus.

　　Experience with managing software development/customization teams a plus.

　　Understanding and wide application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in Product Data Management, Project Management, Requirements Gathering, User Acceptance, Major Upgrades, Software implementation, and validation, a plus.
