　　We are partnering up with a company in North County San Diego, and we're excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and no prior experience is required. Join us in building a strong foundation for your career in finance.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Operational Cost Analysis: Analyze and prepare departmental and operational costs. Ensure appropriate allocation of expenditures across the organization.

　　Profit and Loss Analysis: Perform P& L analysis, audits, and reconciliations (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)

　　Revenue Analysis: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue analysis, audits, and reconciliations.

　　Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits; Prepare for monthly and quarterly tax returns.

　　Journal Entry and Reconciliation: Perform accurate and timely monthly journal entry preparation

　　Requirements

　　Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

　　Entry-level position so no prior experience required

　　1-2 years in a previous accounting role preferred
