Job Summary:
Markets Transition Management works closely with Corporate and Investment Bank Markets Sales, Trading, clients and internal partners to prepare clients to trade Markets products. Transition Manager fields and tracks requests, relays requirements and coordinates with Reference Data, Know Your Client, Accounts, Credit, Legal and Operations teams to ensure client is onboarded seamlessly and ready to trade within targeted timeframe. Goal is to deliver an excellent client experience in line with the needs and objectives of the client, Corporate Investment Bank Markets business and Digital Client Service organizations. The team operates globally, supporting clients and Corporate and Investment Bank Markets business in United States, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Focus - Provide each client an excellent onboarding experience while working in a fast paced, multiple asset class, multiple partners, evolving environment while adhering to controls and transparency requirements.
Consultative Service : Ability to leverage business analytic skills and apply client, product and process knowledge to answer questions and discern/relay onboarding requirements, steps, expected timeframes and status for diverse set of requests to clients and internal partners.
Internal Partner Coordination - Build strong relationships with internal partners, e.g., Sales, Reference Data, Know Your Client, KYC, Accounts, Credit, Legal and Operations teams to establish transparent, controlled and efficient environment.
Project Management - Work with technology, data and partner teams to continually improve platforms, automation and client metrics to facilitate achievement of "best in class" onboarding service.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities'
Minimum of three years experience in client facing role, onboarding or relevant business partner groups.
Advanced knowledge of Markets products, industry landscape, platforms and core controls
Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication and client management skills
Results-focused, ability to manage high volume of requests in dynamic operating environment.
Ability to navigate diverse process flows and data sets and drive process enhancements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities'
Experience designing technology enhancements and use of business analytic/automation tools.
Business Analytics experience and/or proficiency with data management tools preferred, e.g., Python, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView
