　　As the Agile Project Manager you will work with several Agile delivery teams, with focus on Project Coordination & Alignment, Cross-Team Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Planning & Communication & Reporting.

　　The Role

　　Project Coordination & Alignment: Implement Agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices, promoting iterative development, and aligning projects with Agile principles.Cross-Team Facilitation: Act as a liaison among teams, fostering collaboration & ensuring activities synchronize cohesively across departments.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders at various levels, ensuring their input aligns with project goals and Agile processes.Project Planning: Coordinate Agile project planning, oversee best practices, and adapt strategies to meet changing project needs while adhering to enterprise standards.Communication & Reporting: Ensure transparent communication among teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports following Agile reporting standards.

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Proven track record in Agile project coordination/management, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and cross-team facilitation.Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

　　Preferred Skills

　　Certification in Project Management, Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Certified ScrumMaster).Experience with collaborative project management tools.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and promote Agile culture.Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration.
