　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　The Agile Accelerate Champions' leader is a catalyst for the agile culture at the core. It is a strategic role that must work hand in hand with the Global Accelerate Champion assigned to the region and the Center leader to guarantee that the global BPOD strategy is being implemented, guiding the agile accelerate champions in the implementation of the values, agile principles and practices under the IBM Accelerate program in the squads corresponding to each of the accounts that carry out operations in the Colombia BPOD Center.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　5 years of experience developing and implementing agile collaborative methodologies in teams. Certification in agile collaborative methodologies. "Certification in agile collaborative methodologies. English language management. Experience in servant leadership and team management. Facilitation and training of teams. Communication, negotiation and effective presentation skills." Knowledge and implementation of IBM's Agile Accelerate program.
