Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Agent – Customs Brokerage (Office) as below:

Work with customer to prepare declare documents for inbound and outbound customs clearance.

Do customs entry filing, physical inspection, customs liquidation at terminal (if request)

Contact with truckers to follow up pick-up/ arrange delivery shipments.

Prepare and send periodic reports to customers.

Be able to build up relationship with customers harmoniously.

Understand customers' business features, update new regulation from customs/ government authorities to customer.

Respond to customer for import/ export regulatory requirements.

Retain business and/ or develop new opportunities from customer.

Be responsible for handling additional request besides customs clearance such as getting certificate of culture, quality, etc.

Seek improvement opportunities of service performance, communication, work process, etc.

Ensure customer satisfaction and 100% service commitment.

Follow Company Compliance Policy

College degree or above or equivalent qualifications.

Good PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

Good English skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking), understand cargo - related documents in English.

Foreign trade customs knowledge-based, experience in customs clearance is advantages.

Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are required.

Willing to work overtime, as required.

Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline.

Good problem-solving skills

Good communication and time management skills.
